Wajir East Politics II: What Benefits Will The New Tarbaj District Bring To Wajir Easterners?

As you all know, Tarbaj,one of the oldest towns in NEP, has finally become a district. So did Habasweyne. What does this mean for the people of upper Wajir East? More government involvement or does this bring government to the vast district?
